Nanny Portugal is proud to work with the top 5 star hotels in the Lisbon and Cascais area since 2010. We provide quality childcare for families visiting Portugal. We ensure that you have the best nanny care whilst staying at the hotel. All our hotel nannies are childcare qualified and have first aid pediatric certification. They are part of our exclusive hotel nanny team with ongoing training at Nanny Portugal School. We have bilingual nannies, fluent in English, French, Spanish and German. Our nannies will have a Nanny Portugal uniform to be fully identified and bring one of our nanny play box full of wooden toys & books to entertain little ones.

Step One
Request a Nanny
Book through the hotel concierge or by email to nannyportugal@nannyportugal.com with the following info:
– Name of the hotel you are staying
– Dates and schedule per day needed
– Number of children
– Date of birth of each child
– Allergies or special request
– Language.
You can book for a couple of hours or for your entire stay.
Step Two
Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email together with available nanny cv´s and profiles for you to choose from. We will then send you the confirmation email.

Your nanny will arrive in her Nanny Portugal uniform at the hotel 15 mins before the booking. She will check in at the concierge if booking was made through the hotel or go meet you at the lobby or room.
Step Four
Payment & Cancellation Policy
If booked through the hotel the payment can be made directly to the nanny or the concierge will make the payment for you and bill it to the hotel.
MB way is available.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged in full.

Please note that food has to be provided if the nanny service is for longer than 4 hours as well as parking please request the hotel for such. There is a minim of 4 hours per booking and a maximum of 3 children per nanny. If you wish for the nanny to go sight-seeing or accompany the children outside the hotel either for movies, park, beach or any other activity an authorization form has to be signed. We will provide such. Our Hotel nanny team have insurance, first aid pediatric certification.

30€ per hour
