A nanny trabalha meio dia (mínimo de 4 horas por dia, 3 dias por semana).
Os deveres da nanny incluem ir buscar as crianças à escola, levá-las às atividades extracurriculares ou consultas médicas, ajudar nos trabalhos de casa, na hora do banho e no jantar. Também pode escolher ter uma nanny por meio dia de manhã para cuidar do seu bebé ou criança pequena. A nanny desenvolverá atividades lúdicas e pedagógicas relacionadas à idade, idas ao parque, preparação de refeições saudáveis e ajuda na transição das fraldas para o bacio.
