Fundada em 2009 por Filipa Almeida, a Nanny Portugal é o resultado de uma mãe à procura dos melhores cuidados para a sua filha. Depois de uma busca extensa por cuidados especializados para a sua filha, Filipa Almeida descobriu que o conceito de uma nanny qualificada, com experiência no trabalho com crianças ainda não tinha chegado ao mercado português. Com um grande número de pais querendo para os seus filhos mais do que alguém capaz de olhar por eles, assim nasceu a Nanny Portugal.
Após uma pesquisa nacional, Filipa começou a agência em Portugal como uma pequena equipa de nannies escolhidas de forma criteriosa. Anos depois a Nanny Portugal emprega mais de 80 nannies espalhadas por mais de 20 países do mundo.
